Dear Kristoffer Andrei Yu,

Greetings!

Your request is denied. As per this Department's National Prosecution Service - Docket Section, queries for copies of resolutions shall be coursed directly before their office. This is for them to be able if the requesting party has the authority to secure a copy thereof. Otherwise, the request shall be denied on the ground that it falls under one of the exceptions from the coverage of the law in relation to the inventory of exceptions, as circularized in the Memorandum from the Executive Secretary, dated 24 November 2016. Specifically, said kind of information falls under item no. 7 therein, in relation to Section 3(l)(2), R.A. No. 10173.
