NBI had a HIT on name but no summons have been sent whatsoever.

You asked for information about an NBI hit.

Response to Request

The NBI hit on the said name is enough to determine that the person has a pending case. However, courts which issue such subpoenas or summons are not under the DOJ. Courts are under the Judiciary while the DOJ is under the Executive Branch of government. Moreover, case inquiries are confidential in nature to the parties involved, you cannot just ask for such information in behalf of somebody else. We recommend that you coordinate with the court which has jurisdiction over the said case.
