March 9, 2022 Dear Janet, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 09, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Crim. Case No. 4573-BG. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you are requesting. You concern is under the jurisdiction of our courts which is under the Judiciary and overseen by the Supreme Court (SC). The DOJ on the other hand is under the Executive branch which only has jurisdiction over prosecutors. Moreover, the FOI program, being a mere Executive Order of the President, only covers agencies under the Executive branch so we cannot forward your request to the SC using the FOI platform.
