I would like to respectfully request a copy of the aforecited legal opinion, "Concerning the omission of neighborhood associations in R.A. No. 9904, or the Magna Carta for Homeowners and Homeowners' Associations....", issued on 03 May 2011. We are assisting one of our clients in the formation of their neighborhood association and the information therein would be helpful in pursuing our course of action.
