Good day, our regional trial court has verified that the original copy of the document entitled Deed of Residential house by installment dated on September 24 2018 under Doc. No. 370 page no. 75; book no. 41;series of 2018 notarized by Atty. Dante luz N. Viacrusis, is not on their record.

The other party is using this as grounds for questioning the legality of the document.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you are requesting because courts are not under the jurisdiction of the DOJ. Please be informed that the DOJ is under the Executive branch of government which mainly handles the prosecution of criminal cases while courts are under the Judicial branch of government. 

It may be best to coordinate with the Supreme Court (SC) at pio@sc.judiciary.gov.ph.
