Greetings!

Is there any existing DOJ Memorandum Circular or Order issued by regarding the practice of profession by its employees?

This is pursuant to Book V, Title 1, Subtitle A, Chapter 7, Section 46 (24) of EO 292.

I am currently a support staff and am intending to practice my profession after office hours.
