Hi, 

I'm Amanda Ruth Perez Garcia. I'd like to ask if there is a court case against me. I did request for an NBI before for employment and I got hits but I did file an Affidavit of Denial since I'm not those people. Now, me and my husband are planning to migrate to Canada and would like to check if there any cases filed against me.

Please be informed that courts are not under the jurisdiction of the DOJ but the Supreme Court (SC). The DOJ is under the Executive Branch of government while the SC is under the Judiciary. We encourage you to coordinate with the NBI and the court where the cases were filed since you said your name has a hit.
