I would like to humbly request if there is an active Warrant of Arrest and any pending case for JOHN CHRIS QUIACHON pongasi, 
33 years old born on Dec 18,1989 and a resident of Cebu.

Response to your request

We regret to inform you that the DOJ does not have jurisdiction over warrants of arrest. Please be informed that the DOJ also does not have jurisdiction over courts, the DOJ is under the Executive branch of government while courts are under the Judicial branch of government.

It may be best to coordinate with the court that issued the said warrant or try to e-mail the Supreme Court (SC) at pio@sc.judiciary.gov.ph.
