Your request for a copy of the 2019 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of the GCTA Law, pursuant to the People’s Manual on Freedom of Information (FOI) of this Department, has been approved. Enclosed is a scanned copy of the RIRR of the GCTA Law.

As for the Manual, please note that the finalized version of this Department of said Manual was already forwarded with the Department of the Interior and Local Government for the perusal and signature of its Secretary.
