Hi! I would like to get updates, including the detailed cause of delay, on our request for the processing and issuance of land title with the following details:

EPEB Type: Registered Land
EPEB No. 2014003749
Entry Date: 23 May 2014
Latest Status: Hold for ongoing transactions

It has been 3 years since we filed the above-mentioned request. To date, it is still on hold for ongoing transactions. Kindly update us on the status of our transaction and what are the necessary steps we need to undertake to expedite our request.

Dear Ms. Maria Gracia Dabon,

Greetings!

This refers to the inquiry you sent to the eFOI portal last 24 May 2017, requesting for an update on the processing and issuance of your land title, including the cause for its delay.

Since the matter concerns the issuance of a land title of a registered land, we have endorsed the matter to the Land Registration Authority (LRA) for update on the status of your request and proper determination of the cause of delay.
