You asked for information on Criminal Case No.s 96647-53 for violation of B.P. 22 / RTC Pasig City.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested since RTCs are not under the jurisdiction of the DOJ. Please be informed that the DOJ is under the Executive branch of government while courts are under the Judicial branch of government.

Moreover, you should coordinate with the NBI for clearance services for such matters, this is the proper procedure.
