Thank you for your request dated 12 March 2020 at 12:48 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.


Your request

You requested for data on the number of children in conflict with the law who committed crimes prior to year 2006 and after year 2006.


Response to your request

Your request is partially granted. Please see attached Case Statistics on Children in Conflict with the Law for Calendar Years 2016 to 2018 disaggregated by offense category. You may likewise request data from the Supreme Court.


Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Hon. Menardo I.
