You asked the Department of Justice about a civil case pending before a Regional Trial Court (RTC).

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested because the DOJ does not have jurisdiction over courts since the Department is under the Executive branch of government. 

However, you may wish to contact the Supreme Court (SC) which oversees the Judicial branch of government as well as courts. You may e-mail the SC at pio@sc.judiciary.gov.ph.
