I would like to request a certified true copy of the Deed of Absolute Sale of Property executed by the Heirs of Arturo Reyes and Lourdesito Socurom sometime in the 4th quarter of 2018. I need this document to verify the content of notarized Deed  of Absolute Sale because the 2 meters portion of the road right of way and portion of my property I bought from the late Arturo Reyes when he was still alive was fenced by Lourdesito Socurom.  My notarized Deed of Absolute Sale was executed in 23 July 2016. Thank you.

The requested document was located by the court staff but upon release, the head of the department did not allow the release because I don’t own the document. I understand that notarized document is a public document and my request is to verify why portion of the my lot and the access read was included in the fencing.
