1.) Number of pending and on-going cases of criminal and civil cases in NCR
2.) Number of Judges needed in NCR (General and Specialized Regional Trial Courts)
3.) Facilities lacking in Regional Trial Courts

You asked for The number of pending and current civil and criminal cases in NCR.

Response to Request

As far as the DOJ is concerned, our office can answer partly the data you are asking for in question number 1. This is because civil cases, courts and judges are not under the jurisdiction of the DOJ but under the Judicial branch of government. It may be best to coordinate with the Supreme Court (SC) for your other questions. Also, please be informed that the DOJ is under the Executive Branch of government.
