September 13, 2021 Dear CASPER, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Sep 12, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Copy of Regional Trial Court of Bataan Branch 1 Decision in CAD case no. 1-2516-14. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Please note that courts are under the Judiciary which is overseen by the Supreme Court (SC). On the other hand, the DOJ is under the Executive branch of government which deals with the prosecution of cases. Unfortunately, Executive Order No. 2 s. 2016 which created the FOI only covers agencies of the government under the Executive branch not the Judiciary.
