You requested for a copy of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan of the Province of Bataan.


Response to your request

Unfortunately, your request cannot be granted as its subject is not within the control of the Department. Kindly contact the Provincial Government of Bataan for your inquiry. 


Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Hon. Menardo I. Guevarra, Secretary, Department of Justice, Padre Faura Street, Ermita, Manila.
