Hi. I really need to verify if I have a pending case that I am not aware of. I have applied for an NBI clearance but I got a hit despise of my slightly uncommon name and it bothers me. Hope you can help. Thank you

The NBI clearance hit on your name is already enough to determine that you have a pending case. Please coordinate with the court where such case is filed against you. Please be informed that the DOJ does not have jurisdiction over courts because the DOJ is under the Executive branch of government while courts are under the Judicial branch of government.
