2. Sale of Portion of UNREGISTERED LAND executed by Paulita Deiparine. Executed before Atty. Luzvesmen C. Galopo, Notary Public, Valencia, Bukidnon. Per Doc. No. 260; Page no. 52; Book No. XV, series of 1980.
