Gentlemen:

I write requesting for a copy of Department of Justice ("DOJ") Department Circular No. 024 dated 05 August 2021, which was referred to in the Guidelines for the Processing of Applications for the Issuance of 47(a)(2) Visas (Pursuant to IATF Resolution No. 131-A, Series of 2021) dated 11 August 2021.

Upon checking the DOJ website on 02 November 2021, the Department Circular No. 024 for the year 2021 is dated 23 September 2021 and instead refers to a Sponsorship and Floor Deliberation on the FY 2022 Budget.
