Nais po sana naming magrequest ng aking mga kasama ng SALN ng mag-asawang Vicky Beloso Surtida at Deputy Sheriff  Jojo Surtida, both working sa Regional Trial Court sa Albay or Bicol. May Milyones pong utang ang anak nila sa grupo namin at silang mag-asawa po ang tumutulong sa anak nila para makipagsettle sa pagbabayad. Ayaw po nilang umabot sa demandahan kaya nakikipagsettle po sila sa amin.Nais po naming malaman kung may kapasidad ba silang magbayad at hindi lang kami pinapaasa sa mga salita nila. Sana mabigyan nyo po kami ng kopya ng SALN nila kahit assets lang po. Maraming Salamat Po.

You asked for Statements of Asset and Liabilities and Net Worth SALN of certain court employees.

Response to your request

Please be informed that the DOJ does not have jurisidiction over courts and court employees because the DOJ is under the Executive branch of government while courts are under the Judicial branch of government. Unfortunately, courts are not under the scope of the FOI program which only covers the Executive branch of government.
