Dear sir/Madam:

I would like to make a formal request for a copy of Supreme court - First Division DECISION, Case No. G.R. NO. 142549 (FIDELA R. ANGELES versus THE SECRETARY OF JUSTICE, ET AL), promulgated March 9, 2010. If possible I am requesting also a copy of CERTIFICATE OF FINALITY for this case.

Such documents will be used as requirement by my mother in transferring title of land (a parcel of land) that she bought.

Thank you for your request dated Feb 19, 2017 10:19:05 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for the Decision of the Supreme Court promulgated on 09 March 2010 in G.R. No. 142549 entitled Fidela R. Angeles v. The Secretary of Justice, et.al. 

Your FOI request is approved. We have enclosed herewith a copy of the said Decision for your perusal.

However, with respect to a copy of the Certificate of Finality of this case, the Department of Justice has no copy of the same. This request is more properly addressed to the Supreme Court.
