De Leon 10:44 AM, Feb 05, 2023

Good day,

We would like to request the number of pension beneficiaries from 2000 to 2022 and the retirement program for judiciary employees. If you can also include the average pension received by all of the retirees from 2000 to 2022.

This is in line with our research about pension programs in the Philippines.

Thank you

Dear Nathaniel,

Please be informed that the DOJ does not have jurisdiction over the Judiciary. The DOJ is under the Executive branch of government while the Judiciary is a separate branch of government. It may be better to coordinate with the Supreme Court (SC).

The SC is not under the FOI platform so we cannot refer you directly to them.

Thank you.
