Here in the U.S., the rape-kit backlog is finally getting addressed, and the numbers are falling…

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested because rape kits are not under the jurisdiction of the DOJ. It may be better to coordinate with the Philippine National Police (PNP).
