Good Day! I would like to verify if there is a pending criminal case against me: Ed Christopher Sameon Culala. I had a HIT when trying to get an NBI Clearance as this was my first time on obtaining one. I would like to have things resolved if there's anything that has been filed against me, as I was planning to work abroad.

Please coordinate with the court where the case is filed against you. The NBI hit on your name is enough to prove that you really have a pending case before the courts. The DOJ does not have jurisdiction over courts because the DOJ is under the Executive branch of government while courts are under the Judicial branch of government.
