This is a complaint against Copperstone Lending Inc. for breaching my partners contacts and social media account:
1. They have been calling and texting people from his contacts that he did not input as reference. It was not stated in the permissions and data privacy. Both are violations against Republic Act 10173 – Data Privacy Act of 2012 Section 12
3. The company's been spreading the message and screenshot of my partners Facebook profile and photo that included my face. I am not a part of their affair and they had addressed him as her on their messages that leads people to think it was me.
