Good day! I'm Karen Tadeo, a fourth year Accountancy student. I write to request an information regarding the status of Run Against Tax Evaders(RATE) cases from year 2015 up to current date. If it is possible, may I request for a copy of the following documents:
1. Status of RATE cases filed in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.
2. List of RATE cases filed in DOJ year 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.

Greetings!

This is to acknowledge receipt of your query through the FOI portal dated 12 April 2018, requesting for a copy of the following documents pertaining to Run Against Tax Evaders (RATE) cases.

In connection thereto, please see enclosed document from the Planning and Statistics Division regarding the caseload and disposition of violations of internal revenue code for CY 2015-2017.

Unfortunately, the data for 2018 are not yet available as of the moment.
