Greetings,

I would like to ask for copies on the following DOJ Opinions series of 2009:

(1)	Concerning the ongoing efforts of the National Economic Development Authority (NEDA) to formulate the 8th Regular Foreign Investment Negative List (FINL) **Opinion date December 18, 2008; and 

(2) Whether or not the 60% Filipino ownership requirement provided in the 1987 Constitution applies to Value-added Service (VAS) Providers.
