Good day! 

This is to acknowledge receipt of the inquiry you sent through the eFOI portal dated 17 February 2018, requesting for the contract agreement details between Stradcom providing I.T. services to LTO.

However, the Department is constrained to deny your request pursuant to the Memorandum of the Executive Secretary dated 24 November 2017, relative to the Inventory of Exceptions to Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016).

Under item 9 (d) of the said memorandum, requests for information involving lists, abstracts, or summaries of information are not covered by the freedom of information when such lists, abstracts, or summaries are not part of duties of the government office requested.

Considering that the Land Transportation Office (LTO) is not among the attached agencies of the Department of Justice, the requested information is not within the administrative authority of this Department.
