Good day. Would like to clarify on the effectivity of Special orders for reassignment as it was mentioned on the later part of the order that it is still subject for confirmation of the Secretary of Justice who signed our appointments for promotion. Also, would like to clarify on who is the exact authorized person to reassign employees. Thank you.

hi, i am from DOJ-PPA. 
On April, 7, 2022, I received a SO dated April 5, 2022; on April 13, 2022 a SO dated April 12, 2022 & on July 8, 2022 a SO dated July 7, 2022 with the same subject matter: Reassignment. (Attached SOs). I already assumed in one field office. 

Will confirmation from the SOJ RE: reassignment come first before assuming office at the f.o. specified  in the s.o. ?
