October 2, 2023 Dear Requesting Party, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Sep 28, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for information about a certain BP22 Case. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested because courts are not under the jurisdiction of the DOJ. The DOJ is under the Executive branch of government which has jurisdiction over prosecutors while courts are under the Judiciary which is overseen by the Supreme Court (SC). Unfortunately, the SC is not on-board the FOI platform because this program only covers offices under the Executive branch of government by virtue of a mere Executive Order. Thank you, FOI Receiving Officer
