March 9, 2022 Dear Tatsuya, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 09, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Database of court decisions on Agrarian Reform cases. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested because courts and judges are not under the jurisdiction of the DOJ. Courts and judges are overseen by the Supreme Court (SC) which is under the Judicial branch of government. On the other hand, the DOJ is under the Executive branch of government which has jurisdiction over prosecution offices nationwide for the prosecution of criminal cases. Moreover, the FOI program of the government, being enforced only by virtue of a Presidential Executive Order, is limited only to offices under the Executive branch of government. Thank you.
