Good afternoon.

My name is Jason Laurence Aquino Ruivivar. I would just like to make a request to your organization. For my graduate thesis, I wish to develop a model for determining the relationship between certain crimes and factors related to the lockdown. I would therefore like to request for data on criminal in Manila containing the following data per person:

- type of crime/s committed
- previous criminal offense
- town, barangay, municipality, or province
- presence of COVID-19 in family or friends
- current and previous job
