Hello, I would like to know the case Status of Cpl Elmer E Labitag for the Crime of murder  with CC No. CC-2019-2203.
he was innocent for the Crime he have been Charge.. im hoping that his Dicission from lower Court will be Reverse. GOD bless

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested because the SC and other courts are not under the jurisdiction of the DOJ. Please be informed that the DOJ is under the Executive branch of government which deals with the prosecution of criminal cases. On the other hand, the SC is under the Judiciary which is a different branch of government.
