May I ask if I could request a response/record from your Docket Section of any criminal complaint received/docketed for the period January 1, 2015 - September 18, 2023, for Preliminary Investigation and for the period January 1, 2015 - September 18, 2023, for Inquest against me?

I already submitted a request once but it was denied due to unreadable Identification Card uploaded in this platform, so i reuploaded a clear identification card. For your reference pelase. Thank you.
