Good Day! I would like to verify if there is a pending criminal case against me: Kristine Abigail K. De Dios. I have applied for J1 visa in USA and was approved last thursday dated Sept.8 2022 but then I got an email from the US Immigration stating I am on administrative process and that they cant grant me visa .I would like to have things resolved if there's anything that has been filed against me.
