Hi! I would like to request the IRR of RA 11930 or the Anti-Online and Sexual Abuse or Exploitation of Children (OSAEC) and Anti-Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Materials (CSAEM) Act.

This press release from DOJ says that the IRR may be accessed on IACAT's website, but the file has not yet been made public even though it should be. I tried requesting a copy from IACAT directly and they said they would send it but have not yet.
