I have recently seen from the news of general circulation that a document entitled 2023 REVISED INTER-AGENCY COUNCIL AGAINST TRAFFICKING (IACAT) GUIDELINES ON DEPARTURE FORMALITIES FOR INTERNATIONAL-BOUND FILIPINO
PASSENGERS has been released by IACAT and was finalized for public reference.

Request is hereby made to DOJ as RA 9208 states that the lead agency of IACAT is the Department.

The release of said document for public reference is earnestly sought.
