You asked for information regarding the status of the Petition for Nullity of Marriage filed in BJMP Branch 14, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan, by Cecilia Nouay.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you requested considering that this matter falls within the jurisdiction and competence of the Judiciary.

This Office is not privy to the status of pending cases in court. The physical and legal custody of all court records rest with the Clerk of the trial court where said case is pending.
