Dear Requesting Party,

Thank you for your request dated Jan 23, 2024 10:01:43 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Philippines Crime Rate & Statistics (1993-2012).

We received your request on Jan 23, 2024 10:01:43 PM and we have forwarded your request to the Philippine National Police (PNP).

We also want to inform you that for the other items of your request, the courts are the best government body to answer your query. The DOJ is under the Executive branch of government while courts are under the Judiciary. Unfortunately, we can only forward your request to the PNP since they are the only ones on-board the FOI platform and not offices under the Judiciary since the Executive Order operationalizing the FOI is limited to offices under the Executive branch of government.

Please find the time to answer our short survey: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1dkxI8-mtBi-hCaKH7C2Yi-uasCdnHkSEfaUFE7LDIB8/edit

Thank you,

FOI Receiving Officer
