Good day!

I'm a BS Architecture student fom Batangas State University (Alangilan Campus), i would like to ask if the approved proposal of Regional Prison Facilities through PPP in Fort Magsaysay, Palayan, Nueva Ecija already has a complete detailed architectural plans and structural framework to be implemented?
 
I'm considering the government proposal to be my thesis project,  and I just need a confirmation if a plan already existed or not, an immediate reply would be highly appreciated.
