Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested since the DOJ does not have jurisdiction over warrant of arrests. Only the courts, which are under the Judicial branch of government, have the power to issue arrest warrants. On the other hand, the DOJ is under the Executive branch of government which mainly handles the prosecution of criminal cases.

It may be best to coordinate with the Supreme Court (SC) at pio@sc.judiciary.gov.ph.
