Hi! I would like to request information regarding Issues pertaining to its Legal Considerations in the field of Construction.

1. List of On-Going Hearing that has relation to Construction Industry in Calabarzon from 2020-2022
2. List of Construction Companies with Conflict with Government Infrastructure Projects in Calabarzon from 2020-2022.
3. List of Court Decisions that has relation to Construction Industry from 2020-2022.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested since the DOJ does not have jurisdiction over courts. The DOJ is under the Executive branch of government while courts are under the Judiciary which is overseen by the Supreme Court (SC).
