Hi,

I would like to respectfully request for a copy of the Guidelines for the amount of bail for violations of RA 9262. I tried checking with the DOJ's Bail Bond Guide (2000) and other DOJ Department Circulars but I can't find any. Thank you.

Greetings!

This has reference to the inquiry you sent through the eFOI Portal dated 30 January 2018 requesting for a copy of the guidelines for the amount of bail for violations of RA 9262.
	
The amount of bail to be recommended for each crime is dependent on the following standards and criteria enumerated in Department Circular No. 89 or the Bail Bond Guide, dated August 29, 2000.

Since Department Circular No. 89, as a general guideline, has been implemented since 2000, it also applies to violations of RA 9262.
