Your Request

You requested for (1) opinions on the right to practice plumbing in building and similar constructions, and (2) legal opinion regarding the Civil Case Number 05-112479 and CA-GR CV Number 93418.


Response to Request

Your FOI request is partially approved. Enclosed is a copy of pertinent legal opinions on the right to practice plumbing in building and similar constructions. However, we would like to respectfully decline your request on the legal opinion on Civil Case Number 05-112479 and CA-GR CV Number 93418. Given that the subject matter is on the practice of plumbing, which is covered by the first document requested, we would like to refer you to the said document.
