Since the LRA is under the DOJ, I'd like to ask help in locating the missing Condominium Certificate of Title for Unit 3K of Montepino Condominium Apartments formerly along Pacdal Road Ambuklao Road Baguio City.

Owner is my late grandfather Atty. Francisco R. Achacoso

Attached is the copy of the latest Tax Declaration for the said Unit

Greetings!

This has reference to your eFOI inquiry dated 08 June 2017, requesting assistance in locating the missing Condominium Certificate of Title for Unit 3K of Montepino Condominium and Apartments.

We have already forwarded a copy of your request to Mr. Eulalio Diaz III, Administrator for the Land Registration Authority for appropriate action. Attached herewith is a copy of our letter to Mr. Diaz dated 15 June 2017.
