December 4, 2023 Dear Requesting Party, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Dec 03, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for a hold departure order/arrest warrant over an alleged bigamy case. Response to your request We regret to inform you that this is not an FOI request under the parameters of Executive Order No. 2, s. 2016. Arrest warrants and issuance of hold departure orders are issued by the courts alone which are under the Judicial branch of government. The DOJ on the other hand is under the Executive branch of government which mainly deals with the prosecution of criminal cases.
