Issuance of Business License/Permit to a Fugitive

Requested from DOJ by E. Rodriguez at 07:44 AM on Aug 20, 2020.
Purpose: Revoke Business License/Permit issued by BPLO Atty. Soriano-Malaya
Date of Coverage: 11/05/2019 - 08/19/2020
Tracking no: #DOJ-363222034732

Rodriguez 07:44 AM, Aug 20, 2020

Anthony C. Marquez had been issued a Warrant of Arrest on Oct 9, 2019 by Judge Cesar C. Huliganga under criminal case # 19-2933, MTC, City of Paranaque.
The Accused remains a fugitive operating a commercial rental. Business Permit Licensing Office (BPLO) headed by Atty. Soriano-Malaya was informed but has not taken action to revoke the issued business license. I would like to know if the fugitive/accused is legally allowed to operate his commercial rental while he remains in hiding in Canada, but continues to benefit from his commercial rental income.
