Greetings!

Another government agency emailed us re: a foreign company's inquiry on the establishment of a sea cucumber breeding facility here.

They further inquired if said activity is open or not for foreign investments and if open, what is the maximum equity participation of the said foreign investor in the same venture? 

In view of this, we would like to respectfully request a copy of the DOJ Legal Opinion that discusses mariculture investments and the allowed foreign equity on such projects.
