Magandang araw po Mam/Sir. Kami po ang mga magulang ni SANDY C. PADAYAO, 30 taong gulang na PDL na nakakulong ngayon sa DAPECOL, Braulio Dujali, Davao del Norte. Ang kanyang DAPECOL PDL Prison number ay D221P-0705. Gusto sana namin ifollow-up ang parole ng aming anak. Sana po ay ma-grant na po ang parole ng aming anak. Matagal na po talaga kaming naghihintay sa kalayaan niya. Kaarawan din po ng isa naming anak ngayong August 16. Gusto na po sana naming makasama aming anak at makumpleto ang aming pamilya sa araw na iyon. Sana po ay maawa po kayo sa amin. Gusto na po talaha namin sya makasama.
